Where to Find the Best Lotto Numbers

The Hot Number Strategy is a lotto strategy that has been around for sometime. It judged the HOT numbers to be the top lotto numbers to play. This lottery strategy is still employed by lotto players the world over and that is really sad. But, it is understandable why it was so well-received. The marketing hype surrounding it created a marvelous fantasy. A fantasy that sounded good, appeared to make sense, was easy to understand and implement but was pure malarkey spun by an Irish leprechaun.

I was the first to reveal the fallacy of this lottery strategy several years ago and I have been campaigning ever since to shed some light on the subject. But, one thing about it did capture my attention. There was one thread of righteous truth embedded in the strategy. After some time, I was able to unravel my first surprising breakthrough in lotto number analysis by pulling, pushing and picking at this one thread. I named this analysis method Cycles. And, I am proud to say, that to this day, nothing has been discovered which outperforms Cycles.

HOT Lottery Number Strategy

Before I discuss Cycles, let’s explain the basis of the Hot Number Strategy. It is an good lead in to the topic of Cycles. The strategy simply states that the lotto numbers that have hit in the last 10 drawings must be somehow HOT numbers. The idea is that if a lottery number is HOT, you should play it. Supposedly, these lottery numbers are considered HOT because of their recent activity. Many people fell for this pitch. But, by asking a few simple questions, the strategy begins to fall apart.

The fallacy behind the Hot Number Strategy can be found in the assumption. Do you know what the assumption is? The assumption is that the list of lotto numbers from the last 10 drawings is the best play list to use. But, who says? Are people supposed to blindly accept that statement as truth without question? Where is the proof?

A Hearty Lottery Strategy

I can remember asking myself these very questions. And, posing these questions led to the critical question which was, ‘If the winning numbers from the last 10 drawings aren’t the best play list, then what is the best play list?’ As I worked the problem, Irealized that a single lottery solution wouldn’t be satisfactory. I needed a solution that was robust; one that would work for every lottery.

The solution I was searching for also had to work for any size lottery, for 5 or 6 number lotteries and work over any period of the lotteries history. Basically, the solution had to be universal. I was finally able to solve the problem after many months of software development. I named the solution Cycles.

Lottery Cycles

As it turns out, the Hot Number Strategy is also a Cycle. It is named Cycle 1-10. The 1 being the last drawing and the 10 refers to ten drawings ago (10 drawings back). Therefore, if you were preparing to play drawing 100 on Saturday, Cycle 1-10 would refer to drawings 90 thru 99; the last 10 drawings. Your play list would be comprised of the winning numbers from those drawings.

Now, HOT number aficionados always consider that Cycle 1-10 is the best. At this moment in a lotteries history, maybe it is; maybe not. So, instead of guessing, why not check the performance of all Cycles? For example, maybe Cycle 4-13 produces a better list; or Cycle 8-17 or Cycle 21-30. It is very important to make a good choice. After all, it would be a scandal to spend your money on Cycle 1-10 when Cycle 3-12 was a better choice.

All lottery players need to learn this fundamental truth. All lotteries are different. A lottery strategy that works for one lottery does not work for another. The best Cycle choice in one lottery is seldom the best in another. If you stop and think about it, the idea that the Hot Number Strategy would work equally well for all lotteries is ridiculous. If winning the lottery were only that easy. But, if you believe otherwise, then I know someone who is selling some ocean-front property in Arizona. Forgive me George.

Now, I’m not going to tell you that you will win the lottery if you use Cycles. Although, I’m sure there are some who would believe that. The only thing you can do is improve your odds of winning. Anyone who tells you differently would also try to sell you the Golden Gate Bridge. Again, sorry George.

A Sound Lottery Strategy

My philosophy on playing the lottery is this. If you’re going to play the lottery, then at least do it right. Be logical. Be consistent. Play smart. Use the best lottery software. Budget your money wisely. And, above all, have fun.

Everyone is destined to win the lottery, if they live long enough. Perhaps your lucky day is 5,492 years, 83 days from now. That could be a problem. So, do everything you can to improve your odds of winning the lottery jackpot. The first of which is to create a list of the best lottery numbers to play. Hopefully, this will reel in that lucky day to a day within your lifetime. But, remember, it is a game and games are supposed to be fun.
